CASTOR OIL

Castor Oil, also commonly known as Amanaku Ennai or Vilaku Ennai, is a vegetable oil produced by pressing Castor beans. It is useful for skin, hair and to manage various other diseases. Castor oil is mainly used to manage constipation due to its laxative property. It promotes bowel movement when taken with milk or water and thus improves digestion which helps in easy elimination of fecal waste from the body.
